Hi Everyone
I have an agent that is new to the company and he works in our CC, when he goes to login the the agent software he gets an error message that says "the ID specified is invalid" I've looked up that specific error on the internet and it says to restart the desktop sync service which i did and it still won't let the user login any help on this would greatly be apprecited and we are running UCCX 8.5.1.

Hi
UserID's are case sensitive.
Make sure that is not the issue.
