We are currently trying to produce reports that involve displaying reason codes for logoff and changing agent state. We have one of our development team working on this for us and we can see within the CRA database where the agent changes state or logs off and the reason code for the change, but we cannot find where, within the databases, that the code is mapped to a string.. for instance... 1 = Going home, 2 = Lunch Break etc...
Can you please assist us in finding where in the system these mappings are kept so when we produce a report as to why an agent has changed state we can make it display the actual reason rather then the code which doesn't provide any information to an end user unless you know exactly what code means what.
Many Thanks

Have you tried looking under DB Schema already?

did you ever find the sysobject that stores these Codes as they are created by Desktop Administrator? we are trying to do something similar, and we can't find the location of the Codes.
thanks
