We want to use the Reason Code creation tool to create codes that will be prompted for (back-door Wrap-Up) But, first i need to find the table they are stored in. Does anyone know where these are located in the IPCCx 4.0x data schema?
IPCC Ex RPs appear to have Unregistered. CMgr saw them as Offline / UnRegistered. IPCC JTAPI sync showed them OK. Downing both IPCC srvrs was fianl solution to get registered.

One of the issues that we have had is that the recodings are done round-robin between Master and Slave. So, recordings are on both servers. Does this occur on other installs? Is it something that can be addressed via configuration?

did you ever find the sysobject that stores these Codes as they are created by Desktop Administrator? we are trying to do something similar, and we can't find the location of the Codes.thanks
