Where (URL) can I find the maximum number of agents for a MCS-7835? MCS-7845? etc?

I recall it used to be 150 agents in CRA 3.1. What is the new counts?

Hi,

As per CRA Administrator Guide

You can install the CRA system on an MCS-7845 server or a different server. If

you install the CRA system on an MCS-7845 server, your IP ICD subsystem can

support the following maximum number of agents, skills, and CSQs:

• 150 agents

• 100 skills

• 75 CSQs

If you install the CRA system on a different server, your IP ICD subsystem can

support the following maximum number of agents, skills, and CQSs:

• 75 agents

• 50 skills

• 25 CSQs
