IPCC and Active Directory integration

I'm running CRS 3.5(3) with CCM 4.1.3sr1. They are installed on separated server.

Both use an external Active Directory.

When I finished the IPCC installation I am not able to access the first time configuration page. I get the error "page cannot be found" on the browser.

Which could be the problem?

I've had decent luck with 3.5(3) / 4.1(3)sr1.

It's hard to say precisely. The page should appear on the Console on Administrator's first login after completing the installation. Is that where it's failing?

The first-time config page should be available, regardless of Active Directory integration. It is during this portion of the config that you tell CRS about AD and where you want your config database and repository stored. So this should be a networking/OS/IIS/permissions type of issue.

Otherwise, here's a few possibilities you've probably already thought of:

1) CRS has multiple NICs and IP or IIS Default Website are bound to the wrong NIC.

2) DNS/Hosts entry for CRS server is not correct.

3) CiscoCRAServletEngine service is not running.

4) IIS service on CRS is not running.

5) Misc Network reachability issues.
