**1 Supervisor logs into CSD and also as agent via CAD. (PC1)
**2 Agent logs into CAD (PC2)
**3 Agent receives call or places outbound call.
**4 Supervisor hits the barge button and all parties are in conference now.
**5 Supervisor hangs up
**6 Agent is still connected to the inbound call
**7 Supervisor doesnt see Barge icon on CSD any more ??
Is step 7 normal behaviour?

I don't believe that is normal. You should be able to barge-in any number of times on the same call. This can be done with IPCC enterprise. Did you open a TAC case? I am curious to know the outcome. I believe it is a bug since Agent is still active on the call, the CSD should be able to barge-in again.

The barge-in can happen only once...
This problem occurs due to a limitation in the CallManager that allows only a single conference controller for the lifetime of the call.
