Hi,
Our IPCC can record but can't Silent Monitoring in Supervisor Destkop. The supervisor and IPCC server are in different subnet. What port I need to permit to allow silent monitoring call from supervisor ? Thanks

I just figured out the similar problem in an IPCC Express deployment. Agent and supervisor desktop with Media Termination must be installed, so that this desktop can act as a phone, and handle voice traffic. This media termination is also configured as IP phone in CCM.
