For more than 8 hours, we needed to keep the IPCC side B completely down due to power issue. After bringing up the side B, we have now found that the databases of both sides are not in sync. How to bring those databses in sync? Is there any link available for the procedure?

Due to the time lapse, it sounds as though the DB's are too far out of sync in which case you'll need to resync the DB's. There is a process for resynching the ICM Logger Databases via ICMDBA. Note: You must sync from the Source to the Target,, the Source being the most recent DB Config. See the following Tech Tip written for this process.
