I was installing the Agent (CAD) Software and Supervisor Software in a windows XP professional but after selecting Agent Destop without Media Termination it says "Cannot Open Process Token" and doesn't install.
On another machines running windows xp the installation proceeds without any problem... Has someone encounter the same problem?

Process Token is a little odd. Security Token is what I would see being a problem.
I know you probably already checked this but open regedt32 and check the security permissions on HKLM and HKCR. ALso check the permissions to the install path.

Jose, Did you ever get a resolution to this issue? I am experiencing the exact same error when installing Agent Desktop. I have verified all security access, etc..
