Hi, I am trying to resolve some issue where JTAPI doesn't start and in the system parameters I don't see any value for codec, I have found the following link which may help me but I am struggling to find step 2. which says:
Choose Cisco CallManager > LDAP > CCN Apps > Clusters > Custer Specific > Properties.Files.
I don't see the above in registry or anywhere else, any hints.

In IPCCX 4.X you cannot change the codec without reinstalling the app. You specify the codec G711 or G729 during the install process.

Thanks, I am in the process of doing so but in that link from Cisco which says "This error message in the log indicates that it is a failed install, and that the codec does not get set in the registry for some reason".
