Does anyone have an example of a Customer Contact Technology Questionnaire that covers things to go over with the customer when in the information gathering stage in preparation of script creation.

Did you ever find any IPCC Questionnaires? I am looking for the same info for my IPCCX installs. Nortel makes a really good one for Symposium but I can't find one for IPCCX anywhere!

My company has made a document for custoemrs in order to decide wich IPCC Express vesrion could be fit in a Call Center Project with CallManager. Obviosly, I can not send the document, it is in spanish, too.
