IPCC with other vendor call managers

Can anyone please elaborate on IPCC interfacing with other vendor (legacy) CallManagers ? Is there a list of vendors that the IPCC is compatible with? What components are required for the integration/interfacing ?

Also IPCC is purely IP based .. can IPCC work on phones without IP (RJ45 ports)? how ? --- purely novice i know....

The product suite is called IPCC only when it integrates with Cisco CallManager, otherwise it is ICM. ICM is former Geotel product that was aquired by Cisco in late 90s, it has been around for a while and it integrates with a lot of ACDs such as Nortel Symposium, Nortel Meridian, Concerto formerly Rockwell Spectrum, Aspect, Avaya Defnity, Alcatel, Ericson, Siemens etc.

In order to integrate with these vendors besides the ICM server you need PG (periphial gatweay) for that vendor.
