In the Cisco agent Desktop installation guide, it mentions tools to test the Agent's NIC Card to determine whether it supports VLAN tagged packets or not. It mentions downloading several utilities.

I have downloaded winpcap and windump from the internet. Where can I find the VLANSamplePackets.cap file?

Normally if you have

Intel Pro 1000 MT they have issue with the drivers.

If you have that NIC update the drivers to the folloiwng one,
