HI
Kinda new on IPCC so forgive me if question is a little basic:
We plan to have a 2 CM cluster on each side of the WAN in different states with respective IPCC so:
CM_A/IPCC_A--wan--CM_B/IPCC_B
If something like Katrina takes down one of the CM..say A is in New Orleans and it goes down and we call telco to route all 800 numbers to B, which is say in Iowa, can B take over? and can you give details?
We are not using ICM, just 2 seperate IPCC Express and I am assuming by the time we implement, it would be IPCC 4.x if not at least 3.5.x
Thx

If Site B is a disarue recovery site and has been configured properly it should be able to accept calls.
