IPPA agent status - Workflow administrator - UCCX/E

Desktop work flow administrator will help to monitor the agent status who logged in IPPA? in both ICM and UCCX?. Please assist.

please give us more information? Is it UCCE or UCCX? What version? What kind of agent desktop is used?

Hi Gergely,

We have both UCCX and UCCE in 2 different locations. Both locations we have IPPA not Agent desktop. UCCX 8.5 and UCCE 8.0.

Which phones are being used for IPPA? And are they meant for day2day / as backup?

Its for Day2day not for backup. 7940, 7960 and 7962 phone are using for IPPA.
