IPPA can not transfer Calls or make new call

Hello guys,

at a customer we deployed the IPPA tool for a service hotline. So just a few questions to the IPPA.

Is it possible to run it in background?

Why can´t i forward a call who was routed to me? Transfer button dont work then.

Why cant i dial o number when phone is on-hook? When phone is off-hook it is possible to dial a number.

IPPA runs in the XML microbrowser built into the phone. This runs similar to a tabbed browser: the phone UI is one tab and the browser is another. When IPPA has focus you can press the line button to return to the phone UI. Once you do that normal transfer/new call/etc. functions will appear.
