Hi experts,
I am trying to integrate a browser based customer application which is running on an application server (IIS service) for Cisco CTI-OS “UCCE” to pop-up screen “browser” once the call is route to the agent, all my agents already using CTI-OS of course CAD agents is already working fine?
Do I need to customize CTI-OS or there is any tool from Cisco which can modify CTI-OS especially in my case I don’t have developer team whom can help in this regards.

Sorry, but their is only way to customize the CTIOS experience which is by using the provided API.
