Hello. Is it possible to configure delegated administration for our UCCE admins similar to how it is possible for CUCM admins?
For example, it would be desirable in my organization for some people to access ICM
Configuration Manager, Script Editor and other tools with read-only access but other people would possess read/write access.
It is possible in CUCM. I have reviewed the SRND for UCCE 11.6, but haven't found that functionality, yet.

In UCCE, there's something called the Featured Control Set List. You can find this under ICM Config Manager > List Tools. You're not going to find anything in there that allows explicit Read Only or Read/Write Access. What you'll find is a list of application names and Enabling those application names. The Script Editor goes into a little bit more detail where you can give full access or just quick edit... and it goes even further where you can specific what kind of nodes you would allow users to edit.
It's not a great solution, but it's all we got
