Good Day! I can't transfer call to another operator from Cisco agent Desktop, but this function is avaliable from IP Communicator. I received a call using CAD, press up on the button "Transfer call", then show up the window with keyword for dialing number whom I want to transfer call. After dialing a number I can't press up on the button below the keyword (the button don't work) and I must transfer a call from IP Communicator. Can someone suggest deciding this issue?
