Hello
I have an issue where when a UCCX agent misses a call, they automatically go to a not ready state. I just saw a post where they talk about changing a service paramater on ring no answer to keep the state "ready". Is that the fix for that or is there anything else that should be done?
thanks

Yes.
Try both , see how can they work and choose but both can work .

Hello,
Change the below and test.
\program files\wfavvid\SubsystemRmCm.properties
Edit that file and change com.cisco.wf.subsystems.rmcm.agentUnavailRNA=true
to False

I also saw a post where they mentioned you could go into the UCCX admin page and go to system parameters, application parameters, system state after ring no answer and set it to ready. Will that also work or just work for some circumstances?
thanks
