You may want to take a look at JGW logs, any specific pattern related to call flow, frequency of exception, and look at any memory growth for JGW process. Please advise exact ICM version running on the IPCC PG.

JTAPI Gateway logging JGWGarbageCollection thread exception every minute

Symptom:
Every 10 minutes a JGWGarbageCollection exception is seen in the JTAPI logs

Conditions:
This occurs when PG intermittently misses the CallInvalid event from CallManager.

Workaround:
Ignore error as it is benign, no workaround to eliminate error from being written. This is a benign error that is notifying the condition was found and has been cleaned up.
