Hi,
Can anyone let me know if it is possible to keep the agent in the ready mode always with the CTIOS Agent Desktop the way it is possible with Cisco Agent Desktop?

not sure what you mean by always but if your Q is can you do same as CAD in CTIOS answer is yes.

When using CAD, even if the agent does not pick the call, we can configure the agent to remain in the ready mode and the call is transferred to the next available agent. How do we do this with the CTIOS Agent Desktop?
