Login by Name on UCCE 10.5

Hi,

We have a non gadget application and I need to know, Is there any API to login on Finesse by using the LoginName, instead of Agent ID?

You are correct.

The APIs require authentication (basic). And, the AgentID is required for actions. The XMPP has more functionality.
