Login in Extension Mobility

Hi

I'm working to develop a CRM connected to Finesse (UCCX10), our agents must make a login in Extension Mobility (UCCM 9.1).

Reading the Finesse documentation, I found how can make a login on UCCX but i don´t found how must make a login in UCCM.

Is possible with Finesse?

My agents flow are:

1) Login on Extension Mobility

2) Login on UCCX

3) Activate to begin receive calls

Logging into extension mobility is a function of UCCM not Finesse.  Suggest you ask your question on the UCCM forum here Unified Communications Applications - Cisco Support Community

I will evaluate the EMAPI (Extension Mobility API), because I need integrate the two logins on my CRM.

According to this comparison, Finesse does not currently support Extension Mobility. CAD does.
