Logs from PIM, CG on PCCE 9.0.2 and Windows Server 2008 R2

Hello

I am installing the PCCE and I have errors with PIM to CUCM, CG1A and CTIOS, in this version the windows services don't appears in the task bar,


I think that the  JTAPI connection to the CUCM is not working,  I review the output for the dumplog for the PIM1 and CG1A and CTIOS but there is no a lot of details about that.

Do you know in this version how to review the PIM status, and how can I increment the log level for these services??
