Max number of calls with CTI Port

CRS 3.5.1 and CCM 4.0.2. With CCM 4.0.2, what should be the best practice as for the CTI port max number of calls and busy trigger? I would like to have either 75 simultaneous calls or 75 calls waiting. Prior to CCM 4.0, we had to create 75 cti port. Now do I understand well in thinking that I need to create 1 cti port with a maximum of 75 calls? Or do I still need to create 75 cti port with a max of 1 each? Thanks

Hi,

You need to create 75 cti ports for handling 75 simultaneous calls.

CTI Port -- Do not modify the default values of Maximum Number of Calls and Call Forward Busy Trigger fields for the DN for CTI ports. If modified, make sure the Maximum Number of Calls field for the CTI Port is set for greater than 2 in order for them to be used for IPCC Express.
