MAX UCCX Agent limit per Application / Script

Hi All,

 

Is there any way we can set a limit on how many agents can login per team on finesse.

For example

Team A on Finesse has 10 total users assinged with finesse, but have only bought 5 licenses.

Can we put a limit on that Team/Application/CSQ/Script that no more than 5 agents can be logged on.

 

I hope i make sense.

Unfortunately, the licenses are a shared pool for the whole system. You'd have either:
1) Separate the teams into their own instances of UCCX (you can install multiple UCCX servers on the same single CUCM cluster)
2) Create some sort of custom app either in front of Finesse, or a gadget inside of finesse that will check some intelligence for you and prevent/logout the Agent if it doesn't meet the requirements. This is probably not an easy task, if you've never done any programming before. But if you have or you know someone, check out the below link for documentation on how to query the system for logged in agents by team.
