Modifying Calling Number on CCX

Hello

Could you please tell me as a parameter caller Number in my CCX script:

Below the cases of figures of the numbers that must be translated them to work the CTI:

00212522161616 ==> replace 00212 with 0, the result will be 0522161616
212522131313 ==> replace 212 with 0, the result will be 0522161616
522141414 ==> add 0, the result will be 0522141414

Any number translation should be happening on CM before the call comes to UCCX. Secondly when you say numbers must be translated to work with CTI, what exactly are you referring to CTI Route Point?? screen pop ups?? Calabrio Recording??
