Monitoring of CCM 6.0 and IPIVR5.0 Server

Hi,

My customer wants to monitor CCM6.0 & IPIVR5.0 in terms of the CPU,HDD space and services,any error messages. Is it possible to monitor this using a non-Cisco based monitoring software.

What is the configuration to be done on the CCM server and IPIVR for them to be monitored.

Any Cisco document suggestion for this will be appreciated.

You can use SNMP for this and configuring it is explained in the servicing and troubleshooting guide. Note that you may need to review the appropriate MIB files to know what OIDs are useful.
