Anyone have experience with using the API for multi agent skill change
I would like to make and application(Finesse) where a supervisor can change skills on all the agents in the team at once.
Have is the performance on the API, if i update lets say 100 resources at once / Any limitations?
Im I right that i have to send the whole data for an update (and not only the skill i will add to the resoource)
On the UCCX admin interface there is the Multi Skill change. It is something like this i would put in Finesse for the supervisors.
