Must know tips n' tricks for CCX and Cisco Finesse

Ok folks, there are so many cool things that people are doing with Cisco Finesse and CCX scripts that I was hoping to round up some ideas, tips, and avoidable pitfalls that you smart people have come across. There are several "noobs" seeking guidance that I figured this community can help us newer adopters out with some wisdom.

Seems like a good idea to get the collection going, but maybe a support forum post is not the best repository. Have you been over to the learningnetwork.cisco.com site?
