How to collect chat variable from Cisco Finesse using Cisco UCCX version 11.6

Hi Folks,

Is there any clue to get chat variable from Cisco Finesse ?

We want to take chat variable to trigger pop up in to other gadget, we do the same think with Call Variable but failed with Chat Variable.
