Hi All,
With one of our Customer contact centre , the Agents are randomly going to NOT READY state .
When we check the Agent Not ready Detail Report in CUIC we found more 50002 Error.
In documents its given as missed heart beats , closing the Agent tool kit forcefully etc .. etc can cause CTI Warning 50002 Error ..
Could anyone please explain , in practical scenario when this error occurs and what will happen to Agent state .

I've seen this happen in two scenarios, the agent desktop it self loses a network connectivity or the phone itself has issues communicating back to the UCM. I would check if your UCM is losing control to your phone or set up a wire shark capture on that desktop and see if you see any gaps in connectivity.

Is this can be analysed using any logs i.e., its happening due to network connectivity issue .. bcoz there are more than 300 agents and its happening randomly.
