Need help on historical PQ report on HDS server

Hi Team ,
I am looking for yesterday complete report for couple of PQs(like how many total calls answered on PQs)  in HDS server. I am not getting which table has that data in DB. I can get that on CUIC , but trying to see same in DB.

could anyone help me on that .

If you find the report that has it in CUIC like you mentioned, then you can do the view SQL option when you run the CUIC report and run the query directly on the HDS, if that's what you're looking to do.
