Dear,
i already have call center group configured and working fine.
i need to add new group for other dept. i tried to follow the RMCM wizard but still there is something missing to let the new group ready.
can you pls. send me all the steps that required for the new group ?

Is your userID showing in the Resourse List under Rmcm ? If not then 1st add yourself as IPCC agent.
Do you login with correct userId and password as configured in CCM(As its case sensitive)?

yes, user ID shown in the recources list and i am tying same as shown.

Does your phone associated with the RmCm provider in CCM?

the issue is solved by restarting the UCCX node service.

Have you done anything else before restarting the UCCX node service??
Are you also able to see your team when you are login as supervisor?
