New Team in UCCX doesn't appear in Finesse

Hi , I have created a new Team in Uccx (10.5) and I don't see it in the Finesse Administration .

by invoking the adminapi /Team I can see it (on the uccx) , BUT by invoking the finesse/api with the Id --> error.

the new Team has a supervisor , resource assigned , queue assigned .

is there an additional step to do ?

Nothing extra needed, did you try restarting the CCX Notification Service. If not then that should be the first thing as it is the one responsible for UCCX-Finesse communication.

H , thanks for your answer , no impact for agents/calls ...?

Looks like you already have restarted it :)

Only impact that the state change and Live Data stats for agents will not work while the service will be restarting, should not be more than a 10 second interruption. No impact on calls whatsoever be it the calls that are connected to agents or the ones waiting in the queue.
