Hello,
I am new to "completely" managing a small contact center using UCCX 7.0. My skills at configuration and script writing are extremely limited. However, I am a quick learner especially, when I don't have a choice. I have very limited technical support.
I am in need of written resources for script writing and configuration. I want to configure my employees into three groups with the first group being the primary CSR's to answer calls and the second only receiving calls if no one is available from the first group. The third group would be the "third" tier, if everyone else is not available for the next call.
Can anyone help me with this?
