No Dial Tone on SIP Dialer

How Dialer detects "No Dial Tone" is there any algo " . We are using SIP dialer .

Is it when all dialer ports are busy

Hi,

the docs say "No dial tone when dialer port went off hook". So it looks like it's already coming (not coming) from PSTN.
