NO "uccxhruser" user after connecting UCCX db_cra Informix database

We need to import stored procedure into db_cra for customized report definition. According to our understanding, the new procedure would be stored under "uccxhruser"' user. However, after we imported, we cannot add report definition based on these new procedures. We cannot see "uccxhruser" user from the db_cra. We can locate "uccxhruser" user in another UCCX environment.

Please help to advise which step we may miss to restore access to uccxhruser. We are using uccxhruser for the Informix connection.

If the problem still exits, kindly check the following:

1. Try and run some reports from CUIC and check if the reports run fine. 

2. If reports work fine, that means the hruser is not in error

3. If you have an HA setup ensure the SP is imported for both the servers.
