Not able to log into to one of the UCCX server, it gets stuck while loggig in. Screen shot is attached for further details.

hi Rehan,
1. Can you login as anonymous?
2. what's the UCCX version?
3. What version of Operating System, Service Pack, Internet Browser and
Java are installed on the PC's getting this error?
4. Is this happening on all PC's in the environment?
5. Did anything change recently, AD updates, AD policy, MS updates to
the system, Java updates to the PC's, etc?

hi Karthik,
We have this issue on the same server where the CRS Admin service was crashed and recovered with your suggested procedure.
I am trying to login to the CRS Editor on the UCCX server and it gets stuck after 17% progress (as shown in the attached screen shot with my original message), when the CRS Admin service was down on this server then i was not able to login into the CRS Editor at all and as soon as I put the username & password and press the login button it was giving me error message that not able to loginto this server. Since the CSR Admin service is up, i don't have any error message but it gets stcuk after 17% of login progress. This is the primary service in UCCX cluster, I am able to login to CRS Editor on the secondary server.
The UCCX version is 5.

hi Rehan,
1> does your username or password contain any colons ( ; ) ?
2> did you try killing the process through task manager and then reopen the editor ?

Hi Karthik,
there is no colons in the password and I killed the process as well but no luck. Even i restarted the UCCX server and tried to login localy on the same UCCX server but same response.
