Not able to see Cisco SNMP Agent Management in Add Snap-in window

I am not able to see the Cisco SNMP Agent Management in Add Snap-in window. Cisco Contact Center SNMP Management service is running.

Do we need to install it seperately?

I want to monitor the IPCC servers using CUOM.

Start > Run > mmc /32

It runs under 32-bit console.

I have CVP 8.5 installed on Windows Server 2003 on UCCE ESXi VM machine. I have not found Cisco SNMP in snap in. I am trying both mmc and mmc /32. Plz help. thanks
