Number of Wrap up code in Finesse display

Can we expand the number of Finesse wrap up codes an agent can see in Finesse when they select the option. At the moment Ive been told only 4 are seen

No, that's hard coded into the application, regardless of what browser is used

And who told you this, are they scrolling down which will show them more than 4 as well. Screenshot attached, for testing I assigned 10 wrapup codes and agent was able to see all of them, its just about scrolling down.

I'm sure that he's implying that only 4 WrapUp codes can be seen at once rather than a traditional drop down menu that people are accustomed to. It's one of the biggest complaints from my customers. It's a while to scroll through the list when you have a lot of WrapUp codes... things are worse when your wrap up time is 30 seconds or so... Agents run out of time, and because of this, they get discouraged to enter a code. Very inefficient
