On Hold Music plays silence after music track

Hello

I have Music uploaded and it plays perfectly fine, however the track is 2:50 long, and silence plays for about 15-20 seconds before the track starts again while on hold. How can I make the track restart immediately after it finishes playing? This also happens in CUCM.

The obvious question is, Does your music file have 15-20 seconds of silence at the end of it?  Or possibly 10 seconds on the front end and 10 seconds on the back end?  Can you post your audio file here?  Or can you open it with Audacity and take a screen shot of the waveform at the beginning and end?

The file has no silence in it.

Are you using the Call Hold step or are you Playing a Prompt in the script?

Your comment "This also happens in CUCM." leads me to believe you are using the Call Hold step in your script. Therefore the issue is in the configuration of the CUCM, not CCX.
