We have directed several ddi to a single call type which points to a script. However one ddi receives ' we are currently experiencing system problems'
It terminates on the skill grp but exist on the X error part of the script. Other ddi are fine, I can see in the cvp error file DIALOGUE_FAILURE from ICM Router sends 404 rejection to call. errorcode=15
I initially thought may the agent is not in the DNP in cvp but it is, I also in the atr as well. The agent is in the gw as a dial peer. Agent can answer calls when other ddi are run into the same script and skill grp
Ddi use the same translation as the 'working' ones as well in the path gw
I assigned the ddi another call type and forced it to a simple working script but got the same error
Any ideas where to look
