Hello Everyone ,
We have the following uc applications deployed in my firm
1.cucm version 11.5
2 imp version 11.5
3. Unity connection 11.5
4. Expressway series 8.10
5.jabber guest
6. Jabber clients
7. Telepresence conductor & Telepresence servers
8. TMS
We have unified contact center express but not yet deployed. I would like deploy customer online support services via cisco product. I have been able to deploy cisco jabber guest that provides call links for customer to video chat with us.However this jabber guest does not support live chat incase a customer prefers to chat.
I have read a little about ucxx and some features like finesse associated with it .i would like to ask if ucxx support customer services .if so,can some one simplify the features that need to be installed in the ucxx .

Hello Anthony,Is it possible to integrate uccx with clusters? I have one hub cluster and 2 spoke clusters.the uccx is not able to find them and we cant add phones to the Rmcm group.
The uccx can only accept one publisher and subscribers but not different publishers.

Hello MR Anthony,
I was able to access the cisco finesse Admin but i couldn't access the finesse desktop. I got this error "cisco finesse server is out of service...." Do i need to install cisco finesse server as a vm? My uccx version is 11.6.1.I thought i should just reference the url.
