Dears,
i have UCCE 7.2.7 .
i mainly need to know how to flush particular outbound campaign contact list and how to monitor the dialing lists status (which number dialed or not yet ,that curently in progress . are there useful utilities for Outbound option that help me in manage and administrations.?
And is there a way that enable the supervisor to flush the campaing without refering to me as system admin,?

You will need some sort of 3rd party tool. I knoow Austin Logistics and eLoyalty both have a 3rd party tool which integrates with the dialer. Probably not the answer you were looking for, but that's all I've ever seen.
