I have created an Agent Predictive campaign and this works.
I have a question about the contacts. We have three phone fields (phone1,phone2,phone3)
When we start a campaign we fill in normally only phone1.
What is the reason to fill in phone2 and phone3 for the same contact?
If phone1 is not answering, the campaign will call phone2?
Any help is appreciated
