Hi All,

In Outbound Dailer how many cisco business parameter [ In IMPORT RULE ->Definition Tab how many column type we can include like firstname,phone01,account number ] it will support.Pls provide cisco document for this.Thanks in advance.

Hi,

the "Outbond Option Guide" does not specify the maximum number of columns, although it contains this restriction:

Note that Outbound Option allows only one column of each of these types per import rule.

Cam you please explain why you need custom colums.
