I am working on getting the quirks out of the OUTbound Dialer Campaign with IVR messages on connect.
Does anyone have the optimum settings for the SIP gateway and SIP router CPA configurations? I have been adjusting the "suggested" variables and still having some issues with the provider's VM boxes and getting the message in the VM box at the correct starting point. This means detecting the VM "BEEP" and starting the message.
Has anyone had 100% success with Outbound Dialer Campaign with IVR? I have had great success with Agents in the ODC process, the human is better at scoring the call status than the CPA algorithm!

I don't think it is specified, but it is an older document, I've seen it posted a few times. It is more UCCE based I think vs. UCCX, but didn't know if it'd help you at all.
