Hi Team,
Could you please share some clarity on UCCX Outbound IVR Port Licensing (CCX-11-OBIVRLIC).
1) We are running with UCCX Premium license and we are new to outbound campaign option. Our requirement is to Agent based Outbound Dialing, in this case do we need "Outbound IVR Port License".
2) In the Campaign "Import contact" section we can see 5 default fields(First name, Last Name, Account Number, Phone1, Phone2). Can we add any additional fields that can show as a call variable in Agents desktop.
